Our goal is not to offer every product available. Our goal is to offer products that meet a reasonable standard for evidence, safety, and practical value.
Physician-Guided Product Selection
As a physician, educator, and lifelong student of human performance, I evaluate products through a different lens.
Before a product is added to Delta Performance Lab, I ask:
- Is there a reasonable scientific basis for its use?
- Is the safety profile acceptable for the intended audience?
- Does it provide practical value in everyday life?
- Is it something I would feel comfortable recommending to family, friends, students, or colleagues?
If the answer is no, it does not belong in our catalog.
Evidence Matters
Not every supplement has the same level of scientific support.
Some products are supported by extensive research.
Others have promising early evidence but require additional study.
We believe customers deserve transparency rather than hype.
Whenever possible, we focus on ingredients that have demonstrated meaningful potential for supporting health, wellness, recovery, performance, or quality of life.
